Use to be a great company I use to do alot of work for them but over the years they went to slow/ no pay and the staff just didnt seem to care about the customers or the techs as much. Many wont work for them directly and will only do it as long as the job is prefunded.

I have not had an issue with Worldlink. All payments have been on time.

Be carefull with them —
We have had a great relationship but others haven’t….. mainly flat fee WO’s mostly HotTopic and a few other companies.
