I have run calls for them on several platforms, the last being WM. In the last couple of them the terms were “7 days after approval” but in one of those cases the approval took over 7 days! A bit of prodding got that one moving but when I saw the next one going the same way I’ve been real slow on the idea of taking any more work from these folks. Not like it used to be, a while back.
Dead beats
I ran several calls for them some 3-4 years ago. Doing Gateway repairs. The rates they would accept were fair for the work, part swap break/fix. But they never paid me. Stiffed me for something like $350-$400. They called me several times after I stopped doing work for them. Told them to stuff it, never paid me before, has not tried since. Vowed I would never work for them again unless it was on OF where I know the initial SL has to be prefunded. Ended up taking a WO on FN for a SSA printer install. Did not know it was them until after I spoke to them. Told her that they had stiffed me in the past and I would never work with them again. But, because I am a reputable business, I will run this call but no more unless I know it is prefunded.
Direct work = no pay
Steve and Bill have called me numerous times to take WOs direct. Told them to route it to me on OF, FN, ServiceLive…….I won’t do it unless it’s pre-funded.

I see jobs from them on Work Market. But after what I hear, I don’t need a first hand experience to know I am not interested.
They will not pay you.
Horrible- absolutely horrible. The only company I rate worse than Prism Pointe is Barristers.
Be forewarned- if you work with them directly it’s highly likely you will not be paid. If you work with them through a marketplace such as WorkMarket your odds are better- but still no guarantees.
Long Time Getting Paid
Took over 3-months, and they admitted they had all the documentation from day-1.
Seems they were having a cash flow & re-organization meetings going on whenever I called.
Back in business
Becareful of these guys. They are back and up to their old tricks. They use field solutions to try and push their work thru.
THEY WONT PAY YOU
They will not pay I called hundred times did everything suggested by other members. Im reporting them to every agency, I can think of.
