Middle of the road
They are not bad and they are not great. Strictly a break/fix operation so they are operating in the low margin part of the IT service market. I used to get good rates ($75-95FF) for Sony laptop repairs but since Sony changed their SERVICE model it all goes to those with shops. Plus with the decline in the economy over the last few years Nexicore is able to get people to run calls for $40FF.
