We used to work with FS24x7 back in 04 and 05 (or thereabouts). Stuart is a good guy but he’s crippled by the nationals he was working with (mostly Vital and Equant). We had to stop working with him because of an issue with Vital.

Tried to contact them on three separate occasions between November 2008 and April 2009 and no response in spite of one promised within 48 hours on the site.
UPDATE:
I’ve done some work for these folks through platforms (mostly WM), and things have gone okay.
