    Hi Andria,
I’m not sure what you actually mean? The front half of the store is dedicated to retail space. This is a retail establishment. Customers come in for only a few minutes at a time to browse our items for sale or to drop off/pick up their PC or other equipment being repaired. I’m not sure exactly what you mean by the marketing side of the business. We do not have sales people nor do we bring corporate customers in for things like sales presentations. All of our products are highly visible- that is all our customers see when they come in to the store. They do not see our office or tech areas. As far as consumer comfort, again, I’m not sure I understand the question. Customers do not come to our store to sit and wait- hence the reason we do not have a waiting area.

If you can clarify what you are asking I will be more than happy to answer as best I can. The video, from what others have said, is very clear concerning how the retail side of our business runs.

Based on the video walk through…I have seen the office layouts and the emphasis of the layouts are on employees’ comfort, building and equipment safety, and the installation of a robust network system, but I didn’t see enough emphasis placed on the marketing side of the business. Where are the office designs and layout for product visibility and arrangement and consumer comfort!? 🙂
