2/3 of the states adopt this, and it will become a federal law. But I think you will see ALL smartphones being disabled ( except for 911) while in a moving vehicle, in the next few yrs.

Yep. Read a study that said roughly 50% of all drivers text will in their cars. Maybe self driving cars is the real answer.
