The AthlonII will blow away the Sempron.  Easy choice there.

BTW, how much is that Sempron model?  We are building three of those with almost identical specs to sell in our store.  I had mistakenly ordered 3 Sempron retail box CPU's and need to get rid of them.  So I'm using them to build some cheap systems in the hopes people will jump on it.  Using 500GB drives in ours though.
We are going to price them at $449.99 each but will probably put them "on sale" for $399.99 each if we don't get much interest.
