And, correct me if I misunderstood this- but was Jeff actually encouraging the act of dispatching? I may need to go back and listen again to make sure I heard right- but it sounded like he was talking about people accepting a work order on the platform then turning around and putting that work order back up on the platform for someone else to take. In essence allowing middlemen to take work and redispatch it on the same platform. To me that's a sure road to a failed work order.
