    I just listened to the interview again- what I was misunderstanding started at the 24 minute mark. When I first listened I thought Jeff was saying that techs were accepting work then putting that same work back out on the platform. I now understand it differently- he is saying that techs are using the platform to outsource other work. Not the same work they just accepted. In other words they are acting as both tech and buyer. So disregard my first comment- I wasn’t hearing it correctly the first time around.

    I just listened to this podcast. I think far too much attention was being focused on the fact that Work Market has a lower cost (which is a valid consideration). Sure, the cost is lower, but what about quality of work? That’s what really counts.
    And, correct me if I misunderstood this- but was Jeff actually encouraging the act of dispatching? I may need to go back and listen again to make sure I heard right- but it sounded like he was talking about people accepting a work order on the platform then turning around and putting that work order back up on the platform for someone else to take. In essence allowing middlemen to take work and redispatch it on the same platform. To me that’s a sure road to a failed work order.
