Does anyone know of a decent free or open source Banner Creator? I was going to use some of my graphics tools but it takes too long and animated banners are not really their forte. I know there are a lot of them and some can be created online, however I don't know how clean they are or if they can be trusted, if you know what I mean.
If anyone uses one or has suggestions please respond ASAP.
