This originates from a post over at the Field Nation forums.  I personally don't have any experience with these people but you know the saying.  Where there is smoke there is fire.  Buyer beware.

LearnSmart LLC, aka www.learnsmartsystems.com, aka Preplogic

They appear to have some pretty poor business practices based on the relatively large number of complaints.  On top of that a number of people seem to think that the material is not up to snuff.

Their T&C's have a number of red flags including all kinds of surcharges/fees as well it appears that they can make changes to the T&C's without notification to the customer and the customer will be bound to those new terms just by continuing to use their site/software even though the customer is not aware of the change.
