My Pandigital Novel is officially an eReader but is technically a tablet and it sells for around $159. It runs Android and I can do almost everything with it I can do on an Android tablet except download the Android apps. I can hack it and it will.

This could be a niche market for local computer builders. If you can build a PC you can build an IPTV.

I used to use one of those surface devices all the time.. let me see if I can dig up a photo one..
